Pork sausages, pan seared then sautéed with onions, green and red capsicums then sprinkled with fresh rosemary and thyme. All then tossed through Nonno’s sugo.

4 cup mushrooms peeled, with stalk removed then stuffed with pesto genovese, double crumbed then deep fried. Topped with parmesan and pesto. (VG)
CHICKEN CACCIATORE — $18.00
Diced chicken fillet, pan fried then deglazed with red wine. Kalamata olives and fresh rosemary are added before all is tossed through Nonno’s sugo.
